Mark Crosland has well over a decade of national and international institutional real estate experience. Undertaking various transactional, management, analytical and leadership roles, including;

  • Knight Frank Brisbane in Institutional Sales where he was involved in over $1.3 billon worth of sale transactions;

  • GWL Realty Advisors (Canada Life) in Asset Management for a $2.5+ billion portfolio which included retail shopping centres, office buildings and industrial facilities;

  • Transactions Manager at one of Australia’s leading Property Syndicators; and most recently

  • Head of Commercial Property for a national Property Fund Syndicator overseeing their new acquisitions and managing the investment performance of the national portfolio, which he helped grow by over 60%.

Mark’s diverse transactional and asset management experience is grounded in detailed financial analysis and implementing reliable investment strategies across various types of commercial property assets. Now under the independent banner of TRELLUS Property, Mark’s extensive experience and board national network is available to clients seeking success in commercial property via a personalised approach.
